Hello! I am Jerrod Douglas, a 26-year-old fitness enthusiast. veteran, and Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for promoting health and wellness. Having served in the United States Air Force for 6 years and being a Squadron Physical Training Leader and Body Composition Manager, I’ve gained invaluable experience and insights into the transformative power of fitness. Certified through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT) for the past two years, I’m dedicated to making fitness accessible to everyone. I firmly believe that a commitment to fitness is the key to living a healthy life and unlocking the best version of oneself. Through my journey, I’ve come to see fitness not only as a personal pursuit but as an opportunity to be a positive role model for those we care about.
